A Village Officer in Kerala asked from a public an amount of Rs. 8000/- for considering an application for mutation of his land !!!!!!!!!!!
An Officer under a public authority asked Rs. 5000/- for giving an information under the RTI Act !!!!!!!!!
The rate of registering a document before the Sub Registry under the Revenue Department starts from Rs. 3500/-!!!!!!
There are 5 lakhs government employees serving the State Government out of them, around 3 lakhs employees are in direct contacts with ordinary peoples for the day to day services. How many of them are non corrupt or really serving the peoples of this State !!!!!!!!!
